Ahoy, Matey

Today I'm sharing another card that I recently completed from that stash I found in my craft room. This was a very quick card to put together and perfect for a little boys birthday. Those are some of the cards I struggle to come up with so this is a definite winner!

This card was created by starting with a Basic Black card stock base. Next a piece of Only Orange card stock was layered on top and another Basic Black card stock piece on top of that. The images were stamped in StazOn Jet Black ink on Whisper White card stock.

I colored the images in with Stampin' Write Markers. (TIP: The benefit to using the StazOn ink is that wen you use your markers it won't bleed. It dries fast and is very vibrant.) For the final touch I added some gems I had laying around with my 2-Way Glue Pen. These gems can be found at any craft store.

Paper: Basic Black card stock {121045}, Whisper White card stock {100730}, Only Orange card stock {retired} *Pumpkin Pie would work as well
Ink: StazOn Jet Black Ink {101406}
Stamps: Ahoy Matey {retired}
Tools: Paper Cutter {104152}, SNAIL Adhesive {104332}, 2-way Glue Pen {100425}
Embellishments: Colored Gems {craft store}
